Refund and Cancellation policy
Effective Date: March 18, 2025
This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs the purchase and scheduling of coaching sessions (“Services”) offered by Learn AI LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by this Policy and our Terms of Service.
1. First Coaching Session – Money-Back Guarantee
1.1 No Questions Asked Refund
For your first coaching session only, we offer a no-questions-asked, 100% money-back guarantee if you are dissatisfied for any reason. To request a refund, you must notify us in writing (including via email) within 72 hours after the completion of your first coaching session.
1.2 Invalidation of Guarantee
If you book a second coaching session, it shall be conclusively presumed that you found value in the first session, and you will no longer be eligible for the money-back guarantee on the first session.

2. No Refunds After the First Coaching Session
2.1 Subsequent Sessions
We do not offer refunds on any additional coaching sessions beyond the first session. All purchases for subsequent sessions are final and non-refundable once booked or used.
2.2 Rescheduling
After the first coaching session, rescheduling is permissible only with 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled appointment time. Failure to provide at least 24 hours’ notice may result in the forfeiture of that session’s fee (see Section 5).

3. Missed Appointments by the Client
3.1 No Notice
If you fail to attend a scheduled coaching session without providing any notice, no refund will be issued. However, to accommodate unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a $100 credit toward your next coaching session.
3.2 Late Notice
If you need to cancel or reschedule and provide notice less than 24 hours prior to your appointment, no refund will be given, but the Company may offer rescheduling options at its sole discretion. Any decision to grant courtesy accommodations or credits is at our sole discretion and is not guaranteed.

4. Missed Appointments by the Company
4.1 Company Cancellations
In the event that we miss a scheduled coaching session without providing at least 24 hours’ notice to you, we will reschedule the session at your convenience. Additionally, you will receive a $100 credit applicable to the next coaching session.
4.2 Rescheduling Process
We will work with you to find a mutually agreeable new date and time for the canceled session. If no suitable time can be found, we will issue a credit on your account for future use.

5. Rescheduling Policy After the First Session
5.1 24-Hour Notice Required
Once you have completed your first coaching session, all subsequent sessions require at least 24 hours’ notice for any rescheduling requests. Failure to provide 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the session fee.
5.2 Exceptions
While we strive to accommodate all clients, repeat last-minute cancellations or repeated failures to show for scheduled sessions may result in permanent suspension of Services at our discretion.

6. General Terms
6.1 Communication
To request a refund (when applicable), reschedule a session, or provide notice of cancellation, please email us through our contact form. All communications are deemed received once we confirm receipt in writing or by email.
6.2 Amendments
We reserve the right to modify or update this Policy at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting to our website or notifying you through other reasonable means. Your continued use of our Services after any modification indicates your acceptance of the revised Policy.
6.3 Governing Law
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
